Dr. Omid Zargari was born in northern Iran, near the beautiful shores of the Caspian Sea. He entered the National University of Iran in Tehran and got his MD from this University in 1992. After three years working as a general practitioner, he started the four-yearperiod of residency in dermatology departments of Loghman and Booali hospitals in Tehran. He was awarded the Iranian board of dermatology in 1999. Then he returned to the north of Iran and started his work as a dermatologist in a leprosy clinic, Guilan skin research center and Guilan University of Medical Sciences.
